What is the best low budget laptop available at the minute?

advertisement

My home PC is playing and I think to replace a laptop, my budget is very tight so can not really spend more than £ 350. I just really want it for surfing the web, studying, making video calls and downloading / burning music (although not much). Any advice on what offers are available at the minute would be appreciated … thanks!

I would suggest that you must buy cheap or refurbished laptop from dell. You will get bunches of products that will have your required features and price.
