How do I create a Yahoo! 360 export ZIP file in order to move my blog to another site?

I must make the 360 blog zip ‘file to export and then import it to WordPress. But I do not know how that zip file and I can not find any reference on how to do it on Mozilla Help etc etc. In my browser (Mozilla Firefox 3. 0. 10) menu is no “Export” option.
