About this Web Template

This is a two column template with a header section. It is written in valid HTML 5, and uses CSS for the layout. You can use the sidebar on the left or right, depending on where you hover the article content.

Details of 2 Column Web Page in HTML 5 Template

* There are two main elements of this page – the header and the section of the article and navigation.

* The header section has a hgroup head of a H1 and H2.

* The second part has an article and a nav.

* The article has a number in it.

* All information is kept layout in CSS – the HTML tags only show where to put it.

Using the Free Web Template

1. Copy the CSS into a document called styles. css

2. Copy the HTML in one file in same directory

3. Remember to add title of the page

4. Publish all documents to the same directory on your webserver (HTML pages, images and CSS file)

5. If you want to add design changes – create and link to a file or add another CSS styles to your styles. css
